Unification of Marketing and Sales in HubSpot
Yieldigo is a pricing management platform with complex data and a longer customer decision-making process, which required adjusting how marketing and sales work with leads across the customer journey.
As part of the collaboration, we set up HubSpot, automated lead management, and connected the tools being used so that the teams would have a unified and clear view of the data.
Custom Integration Between HubSpot and Asana
Investown was hindered by a manual legal approval process between HubSpot and Asana—the team had to manually create tasks, transcribe data, and return the results back to the CRM, which slowed down work and increased the risk of errors.
Therefore, we delivered a custom integration that automatically created tasks in Asana, populated them with key data from HubSpot, wrote the results back to the CRM (including deal stage changes), and continuously synchronized changes between both tools.
Migration to HubSpot and RevOps Setup
As their number of business opportunities grew, Wflow reached a point where Pipedrive was no longer sufficient for their needs.
Therefore, we proposed a transition to HubSpot, prepared a migration plan including data structure and process dependencies, executed the complete migration, and added automations and reporting so the team would have a unified overview of leads and deals across the entire customer journey.
Custom Integration of Daktela with HubSpot
Info pro lékaře struggled with the need to reliably connect Daktela with HubSpot so that key data would transfer automatically without manual data entry, but the available integrations were unsuitable both functionally and financially.
Therefore, we designed and delivered a custom one-way integration from Daktela to HubSpot, which unified the data structures and ensured a secure, stable, and long-term sustainable transfer of data.
Unification of Digital Processes in Zoho One
During a period of rapid growth, Chromozoom struggled with fragmented processes across their own CMS, custom applications, and spreadsheets, which complicated data management and customer communication.
Based on an initial analysis, we deployed Zoho One as a unified ecosystem including support, a central CRM connected to the CMS, and marketing automation with the necessary integrations.
Comprehensive Redesign and Website Development in HubSpot CMS
Whalebone needed to seamlessly follow up on an initial graphic concept from another agency, develop it in detail, and completely build a new website with over 20 pages.
We carried out the development in HubSpot CMS, where we combined a template with custom-made modules to meet the demanding design requirements. The delivery also included the creation of 50+ custom graphics and a complete reconfiguration of Google Tag Manager.
Optimization of Google Ads Campaigns
We took over the management of Google Ads campaigns for the manufacturing company Indcom with the goal of improving their performance and making data management more transparent.
Following an initial audit and consultations, we optimized the campaign structure, adjusted the tracking methods, and created clear reporting, giving the client a clear overview of the results. The collaboration has gradually supported the growth of new orders as well as the preparation of campaigns for foreign markets.
Modernization of Acquisition Processes in the B2B Segment
How can you increase the number of sales meetings while freeing up the sales team's hands? For Alma Career, we designed and implemented an email outreach strategy targeting the corporate education segment.
Thanks to precise technical preparation and personalized communication, we reached out to over 1,000 companies in the Czech Republic and Slovakia. The result was 32 new business opportunities and the creation of an effective filter that only lets relevant prospects through to the sales team. Outreach thus became a stable and highly effective part of their sales mix.
HubSpot Audit and RevOps Setup
Safetica needed to optimize the data quality in its CRM and better align the collaboration between marketing and sales so that the system would fully support its further growth.
Therefore, we started the collaboration with an extensive data audit and contact validation using the NeverBounce tool, which significantly increased email deliverability. Subsequently, we unified Lifecycle Stages, implemented automated Lead Scoring with the support of an AI agent, and simplified complex workflows in HubSpot.

ACS Holding needed to unify fragmented sales processes from Excel and Monday.com into a single functional unit that would provide reliable data to investors.
We chose HubSpot Sales Hub Professional as the ideal tool, offering the best balance between reporting depth and simplicity for sales representatives. We created a structured pipeline for inquiries, integrated email communication, and built a layered forecasting model.
Modernization of a Marketing Website During Full Operation
The ProductFruits marketing team was running into the technological limits of an older WordPress solution, which slowed down the launch of new campaigns. We therefore migrated more than 40 pages to Webflow during full operation, without a single week of downtime.
During the seamless transition, we implemented new custom components and advanced analytical tracking. Today, marketing has full control over the content, and we provide technical support.
Acceleration of Rebranding for BrainCorp
For BrainCorp, we completely redesigned the website structure and prepared it for a global rebranding. Through optimization, we increased the performance score from 50 to 80+ and organic traffic by 20%.
During the rebranding, thanks to the deployment of AI prototyping, we were able to speed up the design of key pages threefold. At the same time, we optimized operating costs—just by switching to native Webflow localization, we saved the client $4,000 annually.
