How Yieldigo Increased Team Efficiency and Modernized Its Processes

Yieldigo is a price management platform that helps retailers and e-shops fully control their pricing strategies. With Yieldigo, pricing teams can work faster, more efficiently, and increase profitability without unnecessary guesswork.

The Challenge

Yieldigo wanted to take its marketing, sales, and website to the next level. It already had a functional system built on HubSpot and WordPress, but it needed a partner to help connect, simplify, and streamline all the parts.

 

Our goal was:

The Solution

  • 1. Initial Analysis and Priority Definition

    At the beginning, together with the Yieldigo team, we evaluated their marketing and sales processes and the tools they used.

    During several consultations, we identified strengths and areas for improvement. Based on these insights, we set specific steps that led to better clarity and efficiency.

  • 2. MQL Scoring Automation and HubSpot Optimization

    To enable the sales team to focus on the most promising contacts, we set up automated MQL scoring. This allowed for faster identification and prioritization of leads based on their activity and relevance.

    At the same time, we adjusted the HubSpot structure to make it clearer for the team and set up a system that simplified working with leads and evaluating results.

  • 3. Tool Integration and Data Unification

    We connected all key tools that had previously operated separately. Data began to flow automatically between them, providing the entire team with up-to-date information in one place. This simplified daily work and eliminated the need for manual data entry.

  • 4. Creation of the New Yieldigo.com Website

    The project included the creation of a new website. The client provided the design in Figma, which we converted into a fully functional form, keeping technical capabilities, performance, and easy content management in mind.

    Development took place on a staging domain, where the website could be continuously reviewed and commented on. This approach significantly accelerated the final approval and subsequent launch. Upon completion, we deployed the website and continue to develop it continuously according to the client's needs.

  • 5. Team Training and Ongoing Support

    After launching the new system and website, we trained the Yieldigo team so they could fully utilize all the new features.

    We also ensured the integration of complementary applications and provided long-term support, ensuring smooth operation and enabling further system development.
