Integration Care for SaaS companies
We take over your product's integrations with your customers' CRMs, including operation under an SLA
We build connectors for HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, Odoo and other CRMs and run them for you over the long term. Your developers can get back to your own product.

The problem
Why CRM integrations slow SaaS companies down
-
Every customer wants a different CRM
One uses HubSpot, the next Pipedrive, the third Salesforce. Developers write connectors instead of the features your customers chose you for.
-
APIs change and nobody is watching
CRM vendors change APIs and retire old versions. An integration stops working and you hear about it from the customer.
-
A broken integration costs you customers
Missing CRM data means tickets, lost trust and eventually churn. Meanwhile, nobody in-house is responsible for operations, documentation or response times.
What you get
What Integration Care includes
We take over the integrations end to end, from audit to daily operations.
-
Audit of your current integrations
We review the code, connections, error rate and documentation. You get a list of risks and a proposal for what to stabilize.
-
Connectors for the main CRMs
The base scope covers the CRMs your customers use most. We add further CRMs as extensions on the same foundation.
-
Monitoring and alerts
We watch for errors, sync failures and data discrepancies. We catch most problems before your customer notices them.
-
Maintenance when APIs change
We track API changes and version retirements at CRM vendors and update the integrations ahead of time.
-
Support under SLA
Guaranteed response times and a clear incident process. You know who is responsible for the integration and how quickly they respond.
Who it is for
For SaaS companies whose customers work in a CRM
-
Telephony and contact centers
A call is logged on the CRM contact with its recording and outcome.
-
Electronic signature
A signed document syncs to the deal and moves it to the next pipeline stage.
-
Invoicing and accounting
An issued and paid invoice shows up on the company and the deal.
-
HR and attendance
New hires and changes in working hours sync to the CRM without manual re-entry.
-
Booking systems
A booking creates or updates a contact and starts the follow-up communication.
-
E-commerce platforms
Orders and customers sync to the CRM for segmentation and sales.
How it works
Three steps from audit to operation under an SLA
We set the scope of the audit and rollout after the first consultation.
- 1
Audit and design
We map your current integrations, your customers' CRMs and the data volume. We design the architecture and the SLA level.
- 2
Stabilization and rollout
We fix weak spots, add monitoring and documentation, and roll out connectors for the priority CRMs.
- 3
Operations under SLA
We take over operation of the integrations: we monitor and maintain them, respond to incidents within the SLA response times and fix them.
SLA levels
Choose your level of care
We recommend a level based on how critical the integration is for your customers.
-
Basic
For stable integrations that are not business-critical.
- Response time
- By the end of the next business day
- Monitoring
- Availability and sync errors
- CRMs in operation
- 1 to 2
- Reporting
- Quarterly report
-
Standard
Most common
For integrations your customers rely on every day.
- Response time
- Within 4 business hours
- Monitoring
- Errors, outages and data discrepancies
- CRMs in operation
- Up to 4
- Reporting
- Monthly report and a regular meeting
-
Plus
For high data volumes or contractual commitments to your customers.

- Within 1 hour during business hours, extended coverage outside business hours
- Monitoring
- Everything in Standard, alerts to your own channel and a status page
- CRMs in operation
- As needed
- Reporting
- Monthly report, API change overview and a maintenance plan
We set the price based on the number of CRMs and the data volume.

Frequently asked questions
We set code ownership and license terms in the contract. You always get the documentation and access, so the integrations do not depend on us alone.
The SLA covers our response and fix. We cannot guarantee the availability of CRMs and other third-party services. Monitoring flags an outage, we inform you and, once the CRM is back, we reconcile the data where the CRM's API allows it.
No. The SLA covers operations, maintenance and fixes. New features and connecting further CRMs are separate development outside the SLA.
The integrations transfer your customers' personal data, so we sign a data processing agreement with you. We process data only to the extent operations require and manage access by role.
We usually schedule the first consultation within a few days. The audit follows, and its scope depends on the number and state of your current integrations.
Yes. Besides the CRMs listed, we also connect Microsoft Dynamics and other systems with an available API. Tell us what your customers use.
