Info pro lékaře is a Czech company focusing on economic consulting and software for doctors and healthcare professionals. It has been operating on the market for over ten years, offering a wide range of services—from the economic management of medical practices to professional seminars. The company's core product is PURObot, a tool for clearly tracking performance and navigating reimbursement decrees.
The Challenge
The client needed to reliably connect the Daktela system with HubSpot so that key data would transfer automatically and without manual work. However, the available integration tools were neither suitable nor cost-effective, making it necessary to design a tailored custom solution.
The goals were to:
- Connect Daktela → HubSpot via a one-way integration.
- Unify data structures and create an accurate map of the transferred data.
- Ensure secure and stable data transfer.
- Eliminate the manual re-entry of information.
- Support further digitalization and automation of the client's processes.

Definition of Integration Scope
At the beginning, we clarified the client's needs with them and decided whether two-way synchronization was required or if a one-way data transfer from Daktela to HubSpot would suffice. After evaluating the complexity, costs, and future maintenance, we mutually decided on a one-way integration.
At the same time, we discussed whether the Daktela team could handle the implementation directly, but the client ultimately opted for our solution due to our extensive experience with HubSpot.

Data Unification and Mapping Table Creation
Together with the client, we reviewed all the data points to be transferred to HubSpot and defined their format in the target system. We identified which standard HubSpot properties could be used and where custom properties needed to be created. The result was a clear mapping table that served as a definitive foundation for development and data accuracy verification.

Development, Testing, and Integration Demo
Based on the approved data map, we developed the integration logic and set up secure communication between Daktela and HubSpot. The solution also included logging and basic error reporting for easier monitoring.
Once a functional version was ready, we created a demo with sample data and presented to the client step-by-step how records are created or updated in HubSpot. The client provided feedback, which we used to fine-tune the details.
