Short answer
There is no single best HubSpot agency for CRM migration. The right one depends on your source system, data quality, integrations and project size. Choose with five criteria: migration track record from your source system, a data audit before the move, integration skills, verified partner credentials, and support after go-live. Below you find the criteria, a data-loss checklist, a scoring table and a dated list of HubSpot partners in the Czech Republic taken from the HubSpot directory. FORECOM publishes this guide and is on the list, so we mark our own entry.
Why CRM migrations fail
- Data is moved as it is, including duplicates, dead records and unused properties.
- Object model and pipelines are copied from the old CRM instead of redesigned.
- Integrations (ERP, billing, support, marketing tools) are noticed too late.
- Users are trained after go-live, not before.
- Nobody owns the CRM after the agency leaves.
Five criteria for choosing an agency
- Migration track record from your source system. Ask for two or three anonymised examples from the same source CRM and a similar data volume. A Salesforce to HubSpot move differs from a spreadsheet import. HubSpot's own migration tool covers only some source systems (for example Pipedrive, Zoho and Dynamics 365), so other moves need a custom or API-based approach.
- Data audit before the move. A good agency checks data quality, mapping and duplicates first, and tells you what not to migrate.
- Integration capability. Check whether the team can connect HubSpot to ERP, billing and custom systems through APIs, not only through marketplace connectors.
- Verified credentials. HubSpot has five Solutions Partner tiers (Solutions Partner, Gold, Platinum, Diamond and Elite). A tier reflects HubSpot-sourced revenue points, retention and certifications, not migration quality. Check the agency's profile in the HubSpot Solutions Partner Directory, including the Data Migration Accreditation (available to Platinum, Diamond and Elite partners), then verify with references.
- Support after go-live. Training, documentation, a hypercare period and a named owner on your side.

How to read it: use the table to build a shortlist of two or three agencies, then apply the criteria above and the scoring table below.
How to prevent data loss in a migration
Ask every agency to show these controls in writing:
- Backup: a full export of the source system before any change.
- Record count reconciliation: counts per object (contacts, companies, deals, tickets) in the source and in HubSpot, with differences explained.
- ID mapping: source record IDs stored in HubSpot properties, so every record can be traced back.
- Sample test: a trial run on a representative sample, checked by the people who use the data.
- Delta migration: a second pass for records created or changed between the audit and go-live.
- Sign-off and rollback: a validation checklist approved by you, and a defined way back if it fails.
No agency can promise zero data loss without these controls. Treat that promise, without a method behind it, as a red flag.
Where to find and verify agencies
- HubSpot Solutions Partner Directory: filter by country, service (for example CRM migration or implementation) and tier, and read the profile, reviews and accreditations.
- Review platforms such as Clutch: check verified client reviews of migration projects.
- Regional roundups: useful for a first list, but many are published by agencies that appear on them, so verify each claim in the directory.
Typical phases and timeline
- Audit and scoping: data quality, mapping, integrations, risks.
- Design: target objects, properties, pipelines, ownership rules.
- Test migration: backup of the source, trial run on a representative sample, validation with users.
- Cut-over: freeze window, full migration, delta migration for records changed since the audit.
- Hypercare and handover: fixes, training, documentation.
Duration ranges from a few weeks for one clean source system to several months for several systems, custom objects or poor data. Main cost drivers: number of source systems, data volume and quality, custom objects, integrations, number of users to train.
Red flags in a proposal
- No data audit or mapping step before the migration.
- A fixed promise to migrate "everything".
- No test run and no rollback plan.
- Integrations mentioned only as "later phase".
- No named person responsible after go-live.
- References only from different source systems or unrelated projects.
Questions to ask every agency
- Which source systems and how many records did your last three migrations involve?
- What do you not migrate, and how do you decide?
- How is the data mapping documented and approved by us?
- What is the plan for the cut-over and for rollback?
- Do you back up the source data, test on a representative sample, and run a delta migration for records changed between the audit and go-live?
- Who does the work, and how are they certified?
- How do you keep integrations running during the move?
- What happens in the first 30 days after go-live?
Scoring table
Score each agency 1 to 5 on every criterion, multiply by the weight, and compare totals. Adjust the weights to your situation.
| Criterion | Suggested weight | Agency A | Agency B | Agency C |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Migration track record from your source system | 30% | |||
| Data audit and cleanup approach | 25% | |||
| Integration capability | 20% | |||
| Credentials and references | 15% | |||
| Support after go-live | 10% |
Why companies choose FORECOM for a HubSpot migration
FORECOM is a vendor-agnostic CRM and RevOps agency and a HubSpot Solutions Partner. We work with HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Pipedrive and Odoo, so we tell you honestly when HubSpot is not the best target for your company. Our consultants are independent specialists across CEE, DACH, the UK, the Nordics and Spain, and the team works in Czech, English, German and Polish.
- Audit first. We usually start with a data and process audit: what to migrate, what to archive, how data maps to HubSpot, which integrations stay. See the HubSpot migration audit.
- Data-loss controls. Backup, record count reconciliation, ID mapping, sample test and delta migration, signed off by you.
- Integrations. We connect HubSpot with ERP, billing and custom systems through APIs, and build custom integrations and AI automation where standard connectors are not enough.
- RevOps after go-live. Lifecycle stages, scoring, attribution and reporting are redesigned with the migration, so the new CRM works for the team from day one.
- Reviews. 4.9 average rating from 15 ratings in the HubSpot Solutions Partner Directory (checked 19 October 2026).
We are less suitable for very large programmes that need a big on-site team, and for small imports that a tool can handle on its own.

FAQ
- How long does a HubSpot CRM migration take? From a few weeks for one clean source system to several months for several systems, custom objects or poor data quality. A migration audit gives a realistic timeline for your case.
- Do we need an agency for a CRM migration? Not always. A small, clean dataset can be imported by your own team with HubSpot's import tool. An agency pays off with several sources, custom objects, integrations or poor data quality.
- What should we clean before migrating to HubSpot? Duplicates, inactive contacts, unused properties, outdated pipelines and records without an owner or consent status.
- Does partner tier guarantee a good migration? No. A tier reflects HubSpot-sourced revenue points, retention and certifications. Verify with migration references, the Data Migration Accreditation where relevant, and a written plan.
- Can we migrate to HubSpot and keep our ERP? Yes. HubSpot connects to ERP systems through native connectors, APIs or middleware. Design the integration before the migration so invoices, products and company data stay consistent.
- What is the biggest risk in a CRM migration? Moving bad data and old process structure into the new system. A data audit and mapping before the move reduce it.
- What drives the cost of a CRM migration? Number of source systems, data volume and quality, custom objects, integrations and the number of users to train. Ask each agency to show its assumptions.
- What is special about migrating from Salesforce to HubSpot? Salesforce objects, record types, custom fields and automations must be mapped and often redesigned, and HubSpot's own migration tool does not cover Salesforce, so plan an API-based or partner-led approach.
- Which HubSpot partners offer CRM migration in the Czech Republic? The HubSpot Solutions Partner Directory lists partners such as Autoarti, Buldok Marketing, Cloudfresh, FORECOM, Leadopo and Vantage Point. Check each profile for tier, reviews and accreditations, and compare them with the criteria above.
