How Much Does HubSpot Cost? A Clear Pricing Guide
8:34

 Key Points at a Glance

  • Modular system: HubSpot offers 5 main "Hubs" (Marketing, Sales, Service, Content, Operations). You only pay for the tools you actually need.
  • New licensing model: Pricing is now primarily based on the number of users (the "per seat" model).
  • Accessible start: Starter plans begin at just a few tens of dollars a month per user, making them a great entry point into the world of professional CRM.
  • Cost-effective bundles: If you need tools for multiple departments (e.g., marketing and sales), bundles like the Starter Customer Platform offer significant discounts.
  • Flexible growth: You can start with a more affordable plan and upgrade to a higher tier (Professional or Enterprise) at any time as your business grows.
  • Custom implementation: As a HubSpot Platinum Partner, we don't just help you choose the system; we take care of the complete setup and team training.

Confused by HubSpot’s pricing structure? This guide covers both pricing models that apply today: the new seats-and-credits model (for new customers in EMEA from October 1, 2026) and the original hub-based model, which existing customers and purchases outside EMEA stay on.

Introduction

You’ve likely reached a stage in your business where simple spreadsheets are no longer enough, and you're losing track of your customer interactions. You’ve decided it’s time to upgrade to a dedicated Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system. There are many solutions on the market, but during your research, you’ve undoubtedly come across one of the leading players in the CRM world: HubSpot.

HubSpot is a truly comprehensive platform, which is reflected in its pricing structure, something that can seem a bit confusing at first glance. You are probably asking yourself: How much is this all going to cost? That’s exactly what you’ll find out in this article. We’ll look at HubSpot’s individual plans and prices to help you figure out which option best fits your needs, user count, and budget.

How Does HubSpot Work?

HubSpot's main advantage is its modular approach. It offers specialized tools grouped into what it calls "Hubs." Each Hub is designed to solve specific business needs, and together, they provide a comprehensive solution for managing and automating your entire customer journey.

What sets HubSpot apart is its flexibility. You can start with a single Hub or combine multiple Hubs to create a deeply integrated system. The individual modules work seamlessly together and share data, giving you a holistic view of your customers and their interactions with your company.

HubSpot's New Pricing Model: Editions, Seats and Credits

According to the information available at the time of writing (HubSpot runs the program as a Limited Release; please confirm with HubSpot or with us), HubSpot has offered new customers in the EMEA region a different way of buying since October 1, 2026. Instead of assembling several Hubs, you choose one edition for the whole account (Starter, Professional or Enterprise), assign seats to your users, and receive a monthly allowance of HubSpot Credits. Credits pay for work the platform does for you: emails sent, workflow actions and AI agents.

What changes in practice:

  • One edition per account. You can no longer mix different editions of different Hubs.
  • Two seat types. A Core Seat covers core access, including Breeze Assistant and Smart CRM. A Front Office Seat is built for customer-facing teams (sales, service) and includes Core Seat access.
  • Credits instead of limits. Emails, workflow actions and AI agents consume credits. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month.
  • Marketing contacts are no longer billed separately. They count towards a total record capacity (contacts, companies, deals and other objects).

Seat Pricing and Edition Limits

Prices are in EUR per seat per month, always "from". Approximate USD equivalents are in brackets.

  Starter Professional Enterprise
Core Seat from €20 (approx. $22), max. 10 paid seats from €60 (approx. $67) from €90 (approx. $101)
Front Office Seat not available from €120 (approx. $134) from €150 (approx. $168)
Included credits per month 5,000 10,000 15,000
Record capacity 25,000 250,000 15,000,000

HubSpot publishes the new model in euros. USD figures are approximate, based on the Czech National Bank rates of October 12, 2026 (about 1.12 USD per EUR), rounded. Every account needs at least one seat. HubSpot currently runs the program as a "Limited Release", so terms may change.

What Extra Credits Cost

  • Additional credits: €0.01 per credit (pay-as-you-go), or a capacity pack of 1,000 credits per month for €10 (HubSpot's document gives an unclear currency for this amount, so confirm it when ordering).
  • Email: 15 credits per send up to 10,000 sends a month, then the rate falls (5, 2 and 0.5 credits at higher volumes).
  • Workflow actions: 3 credits per action up to 10,000 actions a month, then the rate falls.
  • AI agents: for example, the Customer agent uses 50 credits per resolved conversation and the Prospecting agent 100 credits per lead.
  • Packs: email and workflow capacity packs (Professional and Enterprise only) and agent packs (all editions, from €25 a month).

Who the New Model Applies To

The new model applies to new customers in EMEA. Existing customers stay on their current model for now, although HubSpot states that it reserves the right to move older subscriptions to its current products. Purchases outside EMEA still follow the original model. We recommend checking when your commitment ends and preparing ahead of time.

What It Means for Your Budget

Total cost is no longer just the edition price and the number of seats. Email volume, workflow actions and AI agent usage matter too. If you run a lot of automation, we recommend estimating your credit consumption before you buy. We are happy to prepare that estimate for you.

Original Model: Pricing by Hub

The prices below apply to existing customers and purchases outside EMEA. They are indicative and always depend on seat count, contacts and billing terms. The main Hubs are Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, Service Hub, Content Hub and Data Hub (formerly Operations Hub), plus the newer Smart CRM, Revenue Hub and Agent Hub (see further down in the article).

More HubSpot Products: Smart CRM, Revenue Hub, Agent Hub

Smart CRM: an AI-powered system of record that connects HubSpot's products. It comes automatically with every paid product, or you can buy it on its own: from $20/seat/month on Starter, from $50/seat on Professional and from $75/seat on Enterprise.

Revenue Hub: covers CPQ (quotes), invoicing and payments, and works with a Revenue Seat. HubSpot Payments is currently available only in the US, UK and Canada. Pricing follows HubSpot's current price list.

Which HubSpot Plan Fits Your Needs?

Choosing the right plan depends primarily on your current needs, budget, and user count. If your goal is to streamline the sales process and close more deals, Sales Hub is the ideal choice. If you're focused on audience growth and marketing automation, Marketing Hub will provide everything you need. And if you want to improve customer satisfaction and retention, Service Hub is the way to go.

If you have multiple priorities, combining Hubs is highly beneficial. Not only does it ensure a smooth flow of data across departments, but bundled packages can also save you money. For smaller teams, HubSpot offers the "Small Business Bundle (formerly Starter Customer Platform)", an affordable bundle of the Starter edition of every product for startups and small businesses. The best thing about HubSpot is that you don't have to commit to everything at once. Start with the platform that helps your business the most right now, and add more modules as you grow.

If you are a new customer in EMEA, you choose a single edition and a number of seats instead of combining Hubs. See the section on the new pricing model above.

Frequently Asked

Questions

HubSpot offers various pricing tiers depending on the Hub and plan:

  • Starter Plans: Begin at approx. $7–$20 per seat/month.
  • Professional Plans: Range from approx. $450 to $890/month (billed annually).
  • Enterprise Plans: Start from approx. $1,500 to $3,600/month (billed annually).
  • HubSpot also offers a suite of free CRM tools, which have limited features but are incredibly useful for testing the waters.

The free plan includes basic CRM features, email marketing, form builders, live chat, landing pages, and contact management (with a limit of up to 1,000,000 contacts in the CRM). It’s an excellent choice for businesses that want to test the platform before making a financial commitment.

Starter plans are ideal for small businesses because they offer highly affordable tools. For example, Marketing Hub Starter is great for email marketing and lead generation, while Sales Hub Starter provides essential pipeline management. The Starter Customer Platform bundle is a massive value-add, giving you the basic features of all Hubs at a deeply discounted rate.

Yes! HubSpot encourages combining Hubs, which often results in better pricing through special "bundle" discounts. These bundles are perfect for companies that need to align multiple departments (e.g., marketing, sales, and customer service) on one platform.

Enterprise plans offer highly advanced features designed for large organizations with complex requirements. They include capabilities like custom objects, advanced team permission management, predictive lead scoring, and deep behavioral analytics.

Most Professional and Enterprise plans require an annual commitment (which can be billed monthly or annually upfront). Starter plans, on the other hand, typically allow for standard monthly billing without a long-term contract, making them much more flexible for smaller teams.
